Berean Baptist Church is pleased to host the Fall 2019 meeting of the Global Independent Baptist Fellowship. The theme for the upcoming meeting, Speaking the Truth in Love, is born out of our desire to see fellow pastors and the churches they shepherd embrace the beliefs the Bible demands, while at the same time recognizing Christians are called to be people of love, grace, and gentleness. I think we can stand firmly on the truths of God’s revealed Word without being mad about it. When God the Son became incarnate and walked on the earth, he was full of grace and truth (John 1:14). That same balance should characterize followers of Jesus, and especially those that minister in his name. We hope you make plans now to join us this September. It is our desire that this meeting will be a blessing to pastors, their families, and the churches they lead.
