In order for us to update your GIBF directory profile correctly, you must provide your First and Last Name (as listed in the GIBF directory) in the old data column. Once you have provided your first and last name, you only need to complete the fields that need to be updated.

For example: If you need to update your e-mail address, please complete the First Name, Last Name, and E-Mail Address fields in the Old Data column, and the E-Mail Address field in the Changes column.
