Frank Wood - Moderator
Since 1976 Frank Wood has steadfastly served the Lord as the pastor of Whittier Lane Baptist Church in New Castle, Indiana. He has shown himself to be a faithful preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He assumed this important leadership role for the Global Independent Baptist Fellowship in September of 2008.
Terry Williams - Vice-Moderator
Dr. Terry Williams has been the Pastor of Boulevard Baptist Church in Burleson, TX for 25 years. He and his wife Shela have 4 children, 3 of whom are missionaries, serving in Russia, Argentina and Scotland. Terry has served as a past board member for Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College and Baptist Bible College, and currently serves on the board of Florida Baptist College.
Kenneth Walters - Secretary
Kenneth Walters began his ministry as church planter in Greensboro, NC. In 1978 he assumed the pastorate of Southside Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC where he currently serves. Dr. Walters maintains an active role in missions, traveling frequently to various fields and serving on the board of several missions organizations.
