Dr. Kevin Foger - Moderator
Dr. Kevin Folger grew up in the church that he currently pastors. He has been on the staff of Cleveland Baptist Church for 27 years and has served as Senior Pastor since 1995. Aside from his pastoral responsibilities, Dr. Folger travels often to foreign fields and is a frequent conference speaker.
Dennis Fountain - Vice-Moderator
Since 1997 Dennis Fountain has been the Pastor of Lakewood Baptist Temple in Lakewood, WA. Prior to coming to Lakewood, he served for 15 years as Pastor of Greeley Baptist Temple in Greeley, CO. Pastor Fountain is a member of the Executive Board of Heartland Baptist Bible College and is available to speak in Missions Conferences, Revival Meetings, etc.
Marshall Stevens - Secretary
Marshall Stevens serves as Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of American Canyon, California. After serving there as the youth and music director for 8 years, he became the senior pastor 17 years ago. An alumnus of Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College(1978), he now serves as a member of the board of Heartland Baptist Bible College and is the HBBC Alumni President.
